What the Lennor Program Looks Like.
A defined sequence of medical work — not a med-dispensing subscription. Same physician, monthly check-ins, real titration, honest assessment at each step.
Week by Week, What Actually Happens.
Defined operational milestones — not arbitrary calendar markers — so you know exactly what you’re paying for and when.
Day 0 — Apply
A short, private application. Reviewed personally within 24 hours. You hear back either way — accepted, not a fit, or a follow-up question before we decide.
Days 1–3 — Intake consult
A 30–45 minute video consult with a board-certified physician licensed in your state. Unhurried. History, current training, sleep, symptoms, goals.
Days 3–10 — Labs
A lab order is issued at intake. You walk into a LabCorp or Quest near you. Results return to your physician within 3–5 business days.
Days 10–14 — Protocol consult
A second physician consult to review the labs together and design the protocol. The physician decides whether GLP-1, TRT, BHRT, or a combination is appropriate and prescribes accordingly. If you’re not a clinical fit, the physician tells you, and the first-month fee is refunded per the Refund Policy.
Weeks 3–4 — First shipment & starting dose
Medication ships to your door. You begin on a low, well-tolerated starting dose for each prescribed medication. Side effects, when they appear, tend to show up in the first one to two weeks as your body adjusts.
Monthly — Check-ins & adjustments
Each month: direct physician messaging is available per the Care Policy posted on the patient portal. Scheduled check-ins for dose review and protocol adjustments. Real titration, not a template.
Any month — Continue or stop
Month-to-month. You can stop any month. There is no auto-renewal lock-in. If you stop and want to come back later, you re-enroll — there is no "winback" upsell pipeline.
Everything the $189/mo Delivers.
All in. No initial-consult fee, no titration charges, no surprise invoices during the program.
Physician consults
Initial intake + protocol consult in your first month with a board-certified physician licensed in your state. Same physician through the program.
Pre-treatment labs
Metabolic + relevant safety markers, physician-ordered, pulled at a walk-in LabCorp or Quest near you.
GLP-1 medication
When GLP-1 is part of your protocol, an FDA-approved GLP-1 medication is the default prescribing option. A compounded version (prepared by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy) may be prescribed only when the chart documents a specific clinical reason. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved.
Hormone therapy
TRT for qualifying men, BHRT for qualifying women, prescribed by your physician when clinically appropriate. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance prescribed only by an affiliated DEA-registered physician.
Direct physician messaging
Direct messaging with your physician every month, per the Care Policy posted on the patient portal. Side effect questions, dose tuning, plateau troubleshooting — addressed without separate invoice.
No lock-in
Month-to-month. Cancel any month. Refunds for unshipped medication are prorated per the Refund Policy.
