FAQ

The Real Questions, Answered Plainly.

Organized by theme so you can scan to what actually matters to you.

The Program

How It’s Built.

What is the program?+

A physician-supervised GLP-1 weight management and hormone therapy (TRT for men, BHRT for women) program for adults 20–50. A single $189/month rate covers initial physician consult, pre-treatment labs, GLP-1 medication when prescribed, TRT or BHRT when prescribed, and direct physician messaging every month.

Why both GLP-1 and HRT?+

Because body composition in adults across roughly the 20–50 window is driven by both appetite signaling and hormone signaling, and the most common reason patients plateau is that one of those levers (or both) wasn’t being addressed. The affiliated physician decides which lever or combination is right for you. Some patients are on GLP-1 alone, some on TRT or BHRT alone, some on both.

Is it month-to-month or a contract?+

Month-to-month. There is no contract you cannot exit. Cancel any month. There is also no auto-renewal trap; the relationship continues only as long as both you and the affiliated physician agree to continue.

What does the first month cover?+

The initial physician consult, pre-treatment lab panel, protocol consult once labs return, and whatever medication is prescribed at the protocol consult shipped during that first month. After the first month, the monthly fee continues to cover ongoing medication and direct physician messaging.

The Medications

What You Actually Get and Why.

What is GLP-1?+

GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) is a hormone the body makes in response to food. It signals satiety, slows gastric emptying, and supports insulin regulation. GLP-1 receptor-agonist medications amplify those effects, which is why they reduce hunger, comfortably shrink portion sizes, and support weight reduction when used under medical supervision.

What medication will I get for GLP-1?+

The default is an FDA-approved GLP-1 medication — the affiliated physician selects the specific FDA-approved product based on your history and response. A compounded version (typically containing semaglutide or tirzepatide as the active ingredient, prepared by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy) may be prescribed only when the patient’s chart documents a specific clinical reason — for example, an FDA-approved formulation being unavailable to the patient. Compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved products.

What about TRT?+

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance under the Federal Controlled Substances Act; prescribing decisions are made by an affiliated DEA-registered physician based on individual evaluation and current laboratory results. FDA-approved testosterone products are the default prescribing option; a compounded version is only prescribed when the chart documents a specific clinical reason.

What about BHRT for women?+

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Bioidentical hormone therapy for women (estradiol, progesterone, and, where indicated, testosterone for women off-label) is prescribed by the affiliated physician based on individual evaluation and current laboratory results. The default prescribing option is an FDA-approved bioidentical product where available; a compounded version is only prescribed when the chart documents a specific clinical reason.

What about side effects?+

For GLP-1: the most common are gastrointestinal — mild nausea, occasional reflux, slower digestion — most likely in the first one to two weeks as the body adjusts to the starting dose. For hormone therapy: side effects depend on the specific medication and dose; the physician reviews these at the protocol consult. Your physician is reachable through the program (per the Care Policy posted on the patient portal) if anything comes up.

Eligibility & Fit

Whether This Is Right for You.

Who qualifies?+

Adults 20–50 located in the United States. Lennor operates through a network of independent, physician-owned medical practices licensed across all 50 states. Every application is reviewed individually — not everyone is a fit, and you’ll hear so honestly. Application is free and takes about 5 minutes.

What if I’m a woman in perimenopause?+

You’re a candidate. The application asks what brings you to Lennor; if "BHRT" is part of what you’re looking for, the affiliated physician evaluates that at intake. GLP-1 medications are not safe in pregnancy or while trying to conceive — the application screens for that.

What if I just want GLP-1?+

Fine. You check "GLP-1 weight management" on the application and the affiliated physician evaluates you for GLP-1 only. The monthly rate is the same.

What disqualifies me?+

For GLP-1: personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2 (MEN2); active or recent pancreatitis; pregnancy, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive. For TRT or BHRT: clinical factors the affiliated physician identifies at the protocol consult. The affiliated physician makes the final determination.

Pricing & Refunds

The Money Questions.

What does it cost?+

$189 per month, all-inclusive. Initial consult, labs, GLP-1 medication when prescribed, TRT or BHRT when prescribed, direct physician messaging — all covered by the monthly rate.

Does insurance cover it?+

No. The program is cash-pay by design. GLP-1 medications for weight management are generally not covered without a qualifying diagnosis (such as type 2 diabetes); hormone therapy may or may not be covered depending on your plan. Itemized receipts are available on request for HSA/FSA submission.

What’s the refund policy?+

See the Refund Policy page for the full text. Summary: if your physician determines you’re not a clinical fit at the protocol consult, the first-month fee is fully refunded. After that, refunds are prorated by what has been delivered — less labs, less consultation rendered, less medication shipped, plus prorated refund of any unshipped medication that was prepaid. Cancel any month with no further charges.

Any hidden fees?+

No. The monthly fee covers every piece of medical work disclosed at signup. There is no initial-consult charge on top, no titration fee, no shipping charge, no upsell.

Privacy, Safety, & Structure

How This Works Behind the Scenes.

How private is this?+

Fully HIPAA-protected. Shipping is unmarked. Billing statements are discreet. Lennor does not sell, share, or market based on your health data.

Who exactly are the physicians?+

Independent, board-certified physicians in our affiliated medical practice network. Every physician is licensed in the state where they see patients. Lennor Health LLC is a non-clinical platform; it does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions.

What’s the MSO / PC structure?+

Industry-standard for telehealth (Hims, Ro, Premier). The brand LLC handles operations — intake, scheduling, logistics, support — while clinical decisions are made by independent, licensed physicians exercising independent medical judgment. This structure keeps care in the hands of clinicians.
